A Strong organization with different
committees (General Assembly, Executive committee, Audit committee, conflict resolution
committee)
ROPDB started as the project of Rwanda Union
of the Blind with RUB staff, now it has 3 staff (Executive Director, Project office and
Accountant).
ROPDB Increased numbers of donors (MyRights through the partnership with FSDB, Disability
Rights funds/Disability Rights Advocacy, Germany Embassy and Bridge to Justice through the
partnership with European Union)
ROPDB Started without official documents but now it has (an RGB Operating certificate, and a
constitution Approved by General Assembly).
The organization how others document (Strategic plan for 5 years from 2021 to 2025,
Procurement policies, human resource policy, child protection policy, Sexual harassment
policy, finance policy).
The organization supported the president and his secretary to go to learn braille at Masaka.
Now there are at the end of graduation.
